A world of natural freedom and healthy pleasures thrives within Tribeca Private Residences with the formal inauguration of Phase 1 of its Central Park via a festive and fun-filled family day. C

Present during the event were Landco Pacific Corporation President and CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III, ATR KimEng Land, Inc. President Renato Leveriza Jr., and Landco Senior Vice-President for Operations Cris Zuluaga, together with Tribeca residents and their families.

Kids had a grand time playing in the newly-opened playground, snacking on their favorite food, had fun dancing with mime artists and human statues as the band played live music, watching the balloon twister make balloon sculptures, having their faces drawn by the caricature artist, and participating in a lively story telling session. Later in the evening, everyone was awed as colorful fireworks lit up the sky.

TRIbeca Central Park Opening

The ribbon-cutting of Tribeca's Central Park was led by Landco Technical Vice President Jose Antonio Xerez-Burgos, Landco President & CEO Alfred Xerez-Burgos III, Father Blas Briones, ATR KimEng Land, Inc. President Renato Leveriza, Jr., and Landco Senior Vice President for Operations Cris Zuluaga.

The vast open space was designed with the demands of modern city living in mind. With the stress brought about by the hustle and bustle in the metropolis, Tribeca’s Central Park provides that much-needed respite for those seeking a place where they can unwind and spend quality time with loved ones.
“We devoted 60% of Tribeca’s 9.7-hectare land area to open spaces,” says Xerez-Burgos. “We want Tribeca residents to have enough breathing space, live in a leisurely pace, and forget about the stress and demands of city life whenever they are at home. And this philosophy is what sets Tribeca apart from other residential condo developments in Metro Manila.”

Strategically located right at the heart of the property, Tribeca’s Central Park ingeniously fuses verdant open areas with amenities that encourage residents to relax and play. Most noticeable is the 7 Aside Football Field where kids can get right into action and hone their skills in the sport that’s gaining huge popularity in the country.

Health buffs will be pleased at the adjacent Fitness Circuit. It features a number of exercise equipment usually found in an indoor gym. Here, fitness enthusiasts can trim and tone their muscles at their pace under the morning sun. They also have the option to jog a mile or two within the tree-lined jogging path.
The young ones, on the other hand, can move freely, interact with other kids and even boost their creativity in the inviting play area that features a playground, a sand box, and life-size play houses.
There is also a barbecue area where residents can hold small gatherings and enjoy sumptuous meals al fresco. The area is also Wi-Fi equipped for those who wish to get some work done or surf the net while taking in the fresh, cool suburban breeze.

“Landco has been known for property developments that focus on leisure,” states Xerez-Burgos. “Here in Tribeca, we want to bring the laid-back resort experience to Metro Manila so that residents don’t have to go out of town to enjoy quality leisure time with family and loved ones.”

More amenities are in the offing in the second phase of the Central Park opening soon. Landco assures that Tribeca residents can look forward to more ways to elevate their lifestyle.
