• Must be a college degree holder
• With at least 2 years experience handling a sales team
• Can effectively handle and manage a team
• Goal Driven
• Efficient delivery of sales target.
• Conducts sales training and recruitment of broker and agents.
• Ensures smooth and proper implementation of sales policies.
• Provides recommendations for the sales promos, sales incentives, policies and strategies.
• Management of day to day operations and recruitments of brokers and agents including issues related to sales activities, commissions, transfer of agency, accreditations and the like.
• Submits regular sales performance reports and Standard Measurement of Activities.
• Other responsibilities as may be assigned by Landco Pacific Corp or any of its authorized representatives.
