Landco completes Playa Laiya world-class pool

Premier leisure developer Landco Pacific Corporation recently completed the construction of the world-class pool in Playa Laiya and celebrated its inauguration through a blessing ceremony.

In these early stages of Playa Laiya’s development, lot owners and guests can already enjoy the fruits of their investment with the recent completion of the 400 square meter infinity pool which also boasts of magnificent views of the sea. This being the focal point of the beach club, it represents Landco’s commitment to create a leisure lifestyle experience exuding the quality and value the company has evidently delivered in its other seaside developments.

 Complementing this pool are tropical cabanas and other features designed to perfectly fit into the Asian Tropical theme of the development.

 In the pipeline for future development includes a kiddie pool, pool deck, and play equipment aside from the other structures of the Beach Club.

 When completed, the entire beach club shall feature the swimming pool complex, a welcome center, a multi-purpose hall, shower facilities, cabanas, picnic areas, and other support facilities. Design and architecture of the entire Beach Club is headed by Jorge Yulo Architects and Associates.

Playa Laiya is a masterplanned Residential and Leisure Tourism Estate in Laiya in San Juan, Batangas that boasts of an extensive beachfront and pristine white sand. The residential area is private and exclusive, but a significant part of Playa Laiya is dedicated for commercial purposes intended to make the development the ultimate tourism destination in Luzon.

Eighty percent of Playa Laiya’s first phase development has already been sold. The company has opened a new second phase development, of which 25 percent has been sold.
