Landco contracts ASEC to build Tribeca towers

Premier real estate leisure developer Landco Pacific Corporation has contracted ASEC Construction and Development Corporation to build the third and fourth towers at the Tribeca Private Residences, a 9.7-hectare modern residential condominium community with world-class resort amenities located at Sucat, Muntinlupa City.  Landco president Alfred Xerez-Burgos III (second from left) shakes hands with ASEC president Gerardo Esquivel after signing the contract which will have ASEC complete the two towers by the first half of 2011.
