In a masquerade ball, you can hide behind a mask but on this particular ball, No reason to hide behind one since it is a celebration of success for the entire hard-working sales and marketing team of Playa Azalea, Landco Pacific’s posh community development along the beautiful shores of Samal Island.

Success is a good reason to dress to the nines and don your red-carpet best. Long gown for women and tuxedo for the men, a formal yet fun affair, the themed soiree of Playa Azalea’s year end sales awards night was deemed as a formal affair.

Only a few months since this community broke ground and opened the market, Playa Azalea has exceeded their expectations. With a well-planned development, presentation and years of expertise in luxury community development behind the brands Landco-Pacific and Davao’s very own Anflocor’s Damosa Land, it is not surprising that everyone in Davao and those who want to settle in this green city are grabbing the chance to be a part of the “family” and earn the bragging rights to saying, “I am part of the Landco Pacific community.”

A year has passed and the time has come for the heads of the “family” to show their gratitude in turn to those who made Playa Azalea the most sought-after enclave in this part of the region. A ball, sumptuous dining experience and special party favors for the hard-working bunch who topped the list of most-outstanding performance in sales…like a trip to Down Under perhaps? Landco-Pacific and Anflocor big-wigs were all present to show their support to their team. 

Yes, Landco-Pacific and Playa Azalea will be flying their elite selling force to Australia as their much-deserved award. In-house property consultant Apryl Astillo and Sales Manager Oscar Tabije will be cuddling Koalas and strolling the Sydney Harbor with their top brokers Ronnie Navarro and Janet Uy.

Hard work with the garnish of luck pays off and this bunch are the shining examples for others to strive more and get to the top of the list as well. The next ball might just be their night to shine and bag the party favors that may just go beyond the Land of Oz.

The awards night was all glitz and glamour. Everyone in their red carpet best and a couple stood out from the rest, Pablo Melgo and Gena Sosmena earned the title Stars of Night and a fab prize to go along with it.

Playa Azalea will be opening the next phase of their village soon. A friendly advise to everyone who wish to reside in a place where you can enjoy the view of the majestic Mt. Apo from sunrise to sunset, your own private white sand beach and a great panorama of the city which is not too near and not too far. Enjoy Davao’s gleaming lights at night while the cicadas chirp and the gentle waves hit the shore.
