MANILA, August 9, 2016 – Following the announcement of its new CEO Erick Manzano, upscale real-estate developer Landco Pacific Corporation unveils its refreshed branding for its leisure communities, resort-inspired condominiums and luxury home communities. Its developments are now classified as Landco Peaks, Landco Shores and Landco Parks, representing the strengths of each project.

“This is a new era for Landco. Our new and refreshed brand adds a modern touch to reflect the direction that we are going while matching our future goals and aspirations. Moving forward, we will take on new global partners and incorporate only the best practices in the industry. This is why we are enhancing our old brand; we need to change with the times,” Manzano said.

Its resort-inspired condominiums will now take on the ‘Landco Shores’ segment which redefines luxury seaside living.
