PROJECT PROFILE

Ponderosa Leisure Farms is a 71.2-hectare residential flower-garden community located in Silang, Cavite. It is a collaboration between the 20-year-old Ponderosa Farms, Inc. and leisure and lifestyle developer Landco Pacific Corporation. It is the first of its kind in the country—a flower farm community with residential resort features of the highest standards.

Adorned in rustic Spanish-Mexican beauty, world-class features and amenities include the Villa Ponderosa Clubhouse, Plaza Maravilla, Tienda del Flores (currently a chapel), and three themed gardens, El Refugio, El Sanctuario, and Campos Verdes. Ponderosa Leisure Farms features round-the-clock security as well as maintenance and care services for hassle-free gardening.

The village is divided into 750- to 1000-square meters lots on gently rolling terrain with cool Tagaytay weather. Just an hour from Makati and 10 minutes to Tagaytay, the project is a gem of a location, featuring two different access routes—through Tagaytay proper, or from Sta. Rosa Exit, South Luzon Expressway (SLEX).
